IIT Indore invites applications for faculty positions at the levels of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor in the School of Engineering, School of Sciences, and School of Humanities and Social Sciences

1. Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor
• Qualification : Ph.D degree with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout
• Disciplines :
  A. School of Engineering :  Computer Science and Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Inter-disciplinary Areas B. School of Humanities and Social Sciences  Philosophy English language and literature Economics Psychology Sociology Languages C. School of Sciences Chemistry Mathematics Physics
• Pay Scale : : Assistant Professor: Minimum pay of Rs 30,000/- in Pay Band-3 (Rs 15,600-39,100) with AGP Rs. 8,000/-. Assistant Professor (On-Contract): Pay Band-3 (Rs 15,600-39,100) with seven non-compounded advance increments (minimum starting pay of Rs 20,140/-) with AGP Rs 6,000/- . Associate Professor: Pay Band-4 (Rs 37,400 - 67,000) with AGP of Rs 9,500/- p.m. Professor: Pay Band-4 (Rs 37,400-67,000) with AGP of Rs10,500/- p.m.
